Therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to explore whatever feels difficult or painful, whether it is from the past or present. Even if you are not facing immediate emotional struggles, therapy can be a valuable tool to help you live a more fulfilling life and make choices that better reflect your authentic self.

My role is to listen deeply, providing empathic, respectful, and non-judgmental support as you explore and come to understand yourself more fully.

It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, as the quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to successful work. Clients might meet with several therapists before choosing someone who feels the right fit. I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation if you'd like to meet initially to discuss working together, and if you feel that we are a good match then we will arrange a first session at a time that works for you. For our first consultation we will need to go through what is called 'contracting'. Basically I need to check that whoever I will be speaking with is able to understand what the session means.
